Cook County Health Officials Notice
Parents and Guardians: Please be aware that Cook County health officials have issued a notice to families who were patients of Dr. Van Koinis in Evergreen Park. Investigators have found that records regarding vaccinations are unclear. The Cook County Sheriff’s Office is advising concerned former patients to discuss this information with their current physicians. To inquire about personal or family medical records, a medical record line has been set up at 630-670-1673. Individuals with further information about Dr. Koinis are encouraged to call Cook County Sheriff’s Police at 708-397-6366.

Seventh Annual St. Baldrick's Event
Burbank School District 111 is proud to announce its Seventh Annual St. Baldrick’s event! Our head shaving event will take place on Wednesday, March 18th from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Liberty Junior High School. At this event we will also be collecting ponytail donations to send to the Children with Hair Loss Foundation charity which provides wigs to those in need. Over the past six years our community has come together to raise over $210,000 to support lifesaving research and collected over 300 ponytails to provides wigs for those in need.
Open drinks are not allowed on the bus or when entering the building. Students are asked to discard any open drinks before entering the building.
Cell Phone Usage
All Cell Phones need to be powered off prior to entering the school building. Cell phones should not be powered back on until students exit the building.
IDs & Lanyards
IDs and Lanyards need to be visible at all times. If lost or broken, IDs and lanyards can be purchased in the school office. A charge for a new lanyard is two dollars.
Student Drop Off
Students entering door #14 on the east side of building, should arrive no later than, 8:25 a.m. If your arrival time is after 8:25 a.m., please enter thru the main office door #1. Students are expected to be lined up outside of their homerooms by, 8:30 a.m.
