Burbank American Little League Registration

Registration for Burbank American Little League is now open for boys and girls age 4-16.  Registration is available online as well as in-person at Fusion on March 6, 13, and 20.  Click here for more information.     

COVID-19 Dashboard

The District 111 COVID-19 Dashboard provides an overview of confirmed and probable cases of COVID-19 pertaining to In-Person Students and Staff for the current school year.    

Pandemic EBT Program

The State of Illinois is approved to provide new Pandemic Electronic Benefits Transfer Program (P-EBT) benefits to all eligible Illinois students. Eligible families do not need to complete a P-EBT application. However, families are encouraged to complete a Household Eligibility Application to determine eligibility for free or reduced meal status if they have not already for School Year 2020-21. It is also essential to ensure your mailing address on file at your enrolling school is current. Please note that citizenship status does not affect eligibility.  Click here for more information.  

PASS Program Tax Forms for 2020

Parents who had children enrolled in the PASS Program at the beginning of 2020 may need a tax form to apply for the dependent care tax credit.  If you need year end totals for the PASS Program for tax purposes for 2020, please email the PASS Director at cbronkhorst@bsd111.org.

Return to Learn - Phase 2 & 3

Burbank School District 111 is reopening using a multi-tiered, phased approach to bring students back for in-person learning.  Click the following links for a letter from Dr. Fleck regarding the Return to Learn Plan - Phase 2 & 3.

Free Child Meals 7 Days a Week

FREE CHILD MEALS 7 DAYS A WEEK. Free breakfast and lunch meals (with milk) will be provided to ALL CHILDREN 0-18 years of age in our area under a “Grab and Go” program at all Burbank School District 111 school buildings Monday through Friday during the times listed on the schedule below.  Meals for Saturday and Sunday will be distributed on Fridays.  

  • Students participating in in-person instruction may take a grab & go meal pack home upon dismissal.  
  • A four (4) day meal pack will be provided on Friday, February 26 for the holiday weekend. 
  • Spring Break:  A four (4) day meal pack will be provided on Thursday, April 1 at all schools.  A seven (7) day meal pack will be provided on Monday, April 5 at Tobin School only.  
  • A two (2) day meal pack will be provided the day before half-day inservices (3/16/21, 4/27/21, 5/18/21).  There will be no meals provided on the half-days.

At-Risk Pre-School Screenings

Burbank School District 111 will be conducting a Developmental Screening for 3-4 year old children on May 19.  The purpose of the screening is to determine the educational needs of your child.  Qualified personnel will conduct a developmental screening in the following areas:  motor development, speech/language, thinking skills, and vision/hearing.  Click here for more information.

6th Grade Physical/Dental Exam and Immunization Requirements

Attention Parents/Guardians of 5th Graders:  The State of Illinois and State Board of Education regulations require that all students have a dental and physical examination including a completed immunization record prior to beginning sixth grade.  Click here for more information and forms.
