Use of School Facilities

Facilities Lease Rates effective for the 2025-2026 school year:
  • Facilities may leased Monday - Friday.
  • Rates are as follows:
      • Gymnasiums - $60 per day ($20 per day discount if group proves 60% residency in District 111)
      • Classrooms - $30 per day (first ten weekdays no charge)   
  • The District no longer offers the first ten weekdays at no cost for gymnasiums.
  • Rates based on average custodian salary.
  • Custodial coverage must be provided by District 111 custodial employees.
  • School rooms, areas, locations subject to approval by Principal and Superintendent.
  • Any fraction of an hour leased will be billed at the full hourly rate.

Temporary License Agreement Procedures:
  • Community organizations may request facility use when not in use by District 111 sponsored activities.
  • Use of facilities is generally not available during weekends, summer, spring, and winter breaks, however, special requests may be granted and are subject to the Superintendent’s approval.
  • Organization representatives are responsible for supervising participants. Supervising restroom breaks is recommended.
  • Only participants and supervisors are allowed inside the building. Parents/guardians and other children or siblings who are not participating in the event are not allowed entrance.

ML Schedules

 

Burbank School District 111 is now using ML Schedules for all Facility Use Requests.  External rental users must register as a first-time user and create an account if you have not already done so.  For questions, please call 708-496-0500 x10354.
