Returning Student

Registration is now open for all returning students

All returning students must complete registration no later than July 24th.

Important: Current 5th grade students in Burbank School District 111 are considered returning students when registering for Liberty Junior High. They should complete returning student registration, not new student registration.

All returning families will have their residency confirmed through CLEAR, a public records technology platform.

Students whose residency does not pass CLEAR will be

notified via email with further instructions and will be

required to bring residency documents for review.

All required documents must be submitted during the

scheduled registration night:

Final Registration Date: Wednesday, August 12th

All returning Kindergarten through 8th grade students who have not yet registered may attend our final registration at the District Administration Building.

Returning Student FAQ

What if I did not receive my student's snapcode email?
You can contact your child's school and they will be able to email you the snapcode link. Please ensure the school has your accurate email address.

Do I need a code for each one of my children?

There is a different code for each child. You will receive a separate email for each child.

What do I need for proof of residency?

Proof of residency is verified through CLEAR Batch, a public recording technology platform.

If your address does not pass CLEAR, you will be notified by our District Registrar and will be required to bring in the following additional documentation to our district office to verify residency.

Category I (at least one document must be presented):

Mortgage Papers identifying name of child's parent / guardian
Real estate tax bill identifying name of child's parent / guardian
Copy of lease signed by landlord identifying all tenant's

AND

Category III (at least two current documents must be presented):
Driver’s License or State ID Card Electric/Gas Utility Bill Water/Republic/Internet Utility Bill	Homeowner’s/Renter’s Insurance Home Cable Bill

Affidavit:

Signed and notarized residency affidavit from homeowner* (with Category I and III from homeowner and Category III from parent)

* Note: An interview may be conducted by the Business Department.
