Summer School Program

Burbank School District 111 offers multiple summer school programs, including both enrichment and academic support opportunities. The program is designed to strengthen academic skills, encourage creativity, and support personal growth in a structured and supportive environment.

Program Overview

Students will participate in a variety of learning activities that reinforce key academic concepts while also promoting creativity and hands-on learning. The goal is to keep students engaged, build confidence, and prepare them for the upcoming school year.

Who Can Attend

The program is open to students in kindergarten through 7th grade.

 

This Summer School Program is by invitation only. Only students who have been invited are eligible to enroll.

Burbank School
8235 S. Linder Ave.

 

Dates:
July 6 through July 30
Monday through Thursday (no classes on Fridays)

 

Daily Schedule

  • Breakfast: 8:10 AM
  • Instruction: 8:30 AM – 11:25 AM
  • Lunch: 11:25 AM – 11:45 AM
  • Dismissal: 12:00 PM
 

Breakfast and lunch are provided free of charge for all students.

 

Transportation

Bus transportation may be available for students who live outside the walking boundary. Pickup will be at or near the student’s home school.

Families also have the option to provide their own transportation.

 

Enrollment

Enrollment is required to participate in the program, and space is limited.

The Summer School Program is by invitation only. Please complete this form only if your student has been invited to participate.

Deadline to enroll: May 5, 2026
