To ensure a seamless experience during your presentation, performance, or special event, it's crucial for the Technology Department to be informed about any specific technological equipment or assistance you may need.
What We Provide On-Site:
- Wireless Internet Access: Available in every room to keep you connected.
- Laptop: A Windows laptop can be provided for your use.
- Projector: Each room is equipped with a projector for your visual needs.
- Document Camera: Available for those requiring the display of documents or physical objects in high detail.
- Audio System with Microphone: Ensure your message is heard clearly with our in-room audio systems, complete with a microphone.
Please be aware that our district operates primarily within a Windows environment. We wish to remind all presenters, especially those using MAC devices, of the following important points:
- District Internet Access: Please note that our internet access is filtered. To ensure a smooth presentation, we strongly advise checking the accessibility of YouTube videos and other online content in advance.
- Device Compatibility: If you plan to bring your own computer for the presentation, it is crucial that it can connect to a projector. Our systems are compatible with HDMI, USB, or VGA cables.
- MAC Users: Due to the Windows-based environment of our district, MAC device users must bring their own necessary adapters to ensure compatibility with our systems.
